What we collect
Your name, phone number and a photo of your passport and, where needed, the documents required by the body issuing the visa or booking: personal photos, work documents, a bank statement or a flight booking. These reach us on WhatsApp or at our office.
What we use them for
We use your documents only to submit your visa application, book the flight, hotel or programme you asked for, and keep you updated on your file.
Who we share them with
Only the parties needed to deliver your service: visa platforms and issuing authorities, airlines, hotels and our accredited partners in the destination country. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Showing issued visas
On our website and pages we show examples of visas issued to our clients, after covering the name, photo and numbers. If you’d rather your visa not appear, even covered, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll remove it.
How long we keep documents
We keep your documents for as long as needed to deliver and follow up on your service. You can ask us to delete them at any time on WhatsApp.
This website
Our website has no accounts and sends us no data directly. The request forms and the selection prepare a WhatsApp message that you check yourself before sending; your browser only keeps your selection. We may use Google measurement tools to see how our ads perform; these tools do not reveal your identity to us.
Medical consultations
If you ask for a cosmetic consultation in Egypt, your medical photos and information are sent only to the specialist doctor for the consultation; they are never published and are deleted on request at any time.
